Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your MutualPros account and all associated data at any time. We offer two ways to do this:

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

1. Open the MutualPros app and sign in.
2. Tap Settings in the bottom navigation.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion. Your account, saved pros, projects, and associated data will be permanently removed.

Option 2 — Email us

If you no longer have access to the app, email support@mutualpros.com from the email address on your account with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. We will permanently delete your account within 7 business days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, phone number, date of birth, zip code).
• Your saved pros and project records (visits, quotes, invoices, completed-work photos).
• Your imported contacts and contact graph (one-way hashes of phone numbers).
• Your authentication account (Google, Apple, or email sign-in).
• Your push notification token.
• Your AI assistant (Hanji) usage history.

What may be retained

We may retain a minimal record of the deletion event (a timestamp and de-identified account identifier) for up to 12 months in order to comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes. This retained record cannot be used to identify you and is not shared with third parties.

Aggregated, de-identified analytics (e.g. total active users on a given day) may persist indefinitely, as they cannot be linked back to your identity.
